Description
Hatta Ghaf honey is 100% pure and raw honey, and is harvested from our own Hatta Honey Bee Garden. This honey is sourced from the nectar and pollen of the Ghaf tree, a local desert tree that is drought-and temperature-resistant. The Ghaf tree is also the UAE’s national tree and symbol of tolerance.
The deep respect for Ghaf is a rich tradition that is rooted in the United Arab Emirates’ historic and cultural heritage.
The Ghaf tree was declared the UAE’s national tree and its symbol of tolerance in 2008 and 2019, respectively, in recognition of its vital role in ensuring the survival of people and animals in the harsh desert environment.
