RIT Dubai Sustainability & Energy Center Participates in Abu Dhabi Honey Symposium & Exhibition at Global Food Week 2026, Spotlighting Beekeeping Innovation
Hatta Honey is pleased to share that our academic partner, the Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai) Sustainability & Energy Center has applied to participate in the Abu Dhabi Honey Symposium & Exhibition, held as part of Global Food Week 2026 and organized in collaboration with Apimondia.
Through our collaboration, the Center aims to present student research on the Scientific Poster Platform, exploring smart beekeeping, climate adaptation and the thermal performance of honeybee colonies in hot-arid environments.
This initiative reflects our shared commitment to sustainable beekeeping, innovation, climate resilience, biodiversity and food security, and aligns closely with the SEC’s work. We are proud to support opportunities for students to share their research with scientists, beekeepers, policymakers and industry experts from across the region and beyond.
Together, we look forward to advancing knowledge and exploring solutions for sustainable beekeeping in arid environments.
